We recently purchased our second Epilog machine. We have dealth with Synergy Products for years and knew that they provided great support with our first machine but the service that we received during the setup and fine tuning of our second machine was EXCELLENT. We had lots of questions and some technically challenging requirements to work though. The Synergy Products team spent hours on Zoom with us and worked with Epilog and other Epilog support centers to help us design layouts and printing systems to meet our customer needs.

Local service should always be considered when you are puchasing a piece of captial equipment and Synergy Products provides some of the best service that I have ever seen.

Kickin' myself for not thinking of doing a review years earlier, as I've been a customer of Jon's since 2014 when I bought my Epilog engraver from Synergy Products. Since then he has done nothing short of utterly impress me every time with his prompt, informative and professional service. Both he and Ezon understand what it's like for shops like mine when production comes to a halt due to a machine breakdown, but instead of trying to make a quick buck and sell me the replacement part right away, they thoroughly take the time to suggest remedies to ensure I've done everything possible to make the fix myself, and only then will quote me on the replacement part. Amazing folks who are there to ensure you succeed! Thanks guys!

We recently upgraded our laser engraving/cutting equipment. The team at Synergy Products was helpful in every step of the process from helping us pick a machine to quoting option to sale and delivery. They also provided great one on one online assistance when our laser arrived at our shop and continue to support us whenever we have technical questions. Excellent service!
