Met with this owner for a job quote. Agreed and was advised to come back sat as the shop is open weekends. Called Friday to confirm, was advised he wouldn't be there until sun morning. I showed at 9am Sunday morning, no show. No ph answer. No text answer for over an hour. Said he'd be there in 'an hour or two' no show. Said he'd call me shortly. No call. My trailer lost a booking for sat, I lost a big portion of my Sunday. Maybe they are good welders, just poor business owners.

Wow, Norm went above and beyond my expectations on a custom order. Excellent workmanship and quality. He made sure I was happy with product throughout the design and it was finished way faster than I expected. Would definitely recommend and plan to do future custom orders again.
