I am extremely disappointed with this company! I ordered a bank of lead acid batteries nearly three months ago via a distributor and have been promised various dates of delivery, but every date comes and goes. No feedback from the company whatsoever. So much purchasing a Canadian product. Companies who have a no care attitude do not deserve to stay in business!

I drove 300km to get two 6V AGM batteries for my RV. The reason why I drove the distance was because I wanted to support the Canadian Economy and Canadian jobs rather than buying made in China brands. I watched Rolls YouTube video where the proudly showcase their Canadian production and I wanted to support this. Now guess what, I get home with my two batteries and it says “made in Vietnam”. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately we had no idea that the best lead acid batteries in North America were made just down the road when we converted our school bus into a tiny home in Truro.

We bought some maroon colored batteries through a golf cart distributor, and a few months later the specific gravity in some cells started dropping. Two cells were dead within a year and that company wouldn't warranty them.

Some friends on the west coast who do marine electronics tipped us off about the tougher cheaper Surettes, which I should've bought in the first place.

We live off grid, full time, year round, in a temperate rainforest which is hard on batteries. The Surrettes have held up much better than the maroon colored equivalents.

Terrible service. Very rude. Warranty means nothing. Had a battery with a manufacture defect. All settings were proper but they still did nothing. Buy anywhere else.
