This store is disgusting and unsanitary. You may be shocked to find yogurt that expired in June, still being sold in August, or bread that has rodent bites. They refused to offer a refund or any kind of acceptable customer service, citing the store policy requiring proof of purchase.

Cashier closed down her checkstand while she had a line up. Called the customers liars when they said her light was on. Told the customers to go to other checkstands.

1kg item out of stock, so they select a substitute of a 400g item....but only one of them. Not 3 to cover the original quantity, despite my note in the order to substitute with same quantities.

Nobody answered the phone, no chat option, no quantity option. Paid $17 between tip and fees for stupidity.

Can't understand why people are not satisfied with Superstore lately. They have to understand that prices must be increased well beyond the rate of inflation to offset the cost of paying Loblaw's CEO, Galen Weston Jr., $8 million a year for his outstanding leadership skills. And then there are his bonuses and other incidentals we also have to take into consideration.

I've had enough of the ridiculously loud and annoying PA system this grocery chain uses to locate its employees. It doesn't stop. There is always someone screaming into it. I went to Safeway to buy a few items and not once did I have to listen to this. I am gradually going to switch. It may cost more at Safeway but it's worth it for my peace of mind.

BAD SERVICE. No staff to help you find anything and when I did ask an employee for something basic, s/he mumbled something and walked away. OK, no problem, I'll look it up on the laminated sheets hanging in every aisle. Oh wait, they removed all the sheets listing the location of basic items like peanut butter, honey, etc. Why BAD SERVICE.

I tried their PC EXPRESS pickup order for the first time to compare it with Walmart across the street. The Fairlife skim milk I ordered was substituted by Natrel 1% and Peppermint mocha creamer zero sugar was replaced by the regular. This changes were made eventhough I had chosen NO SUBSTITUTIONS. I have a restrictive diet so I can’t just accept the orders. Needless to say, their service is subpar compared to Walmart. This is based on my personal experience btw.

PC Express pickup: bring a book! It's gonna be a while.
p.s. Also, pen & paper shopping list: no phone service allowed around here! You better not need an ambulance when you see their prices.

I have been living in the white rock area for over a year now and I shop for my groceries at superstore. BUT, i may not do that anymore. At least not at this store. I am tired of going there and coming home to find that my prebagged bags of fruit that cost anywhere from 5$ to 15$ being rotted inside. I have lived with there being a noticeable continuous short of products like baking goods on the shelves but, when I have to waste gas money to take that drive twice in two days, once to shop and once to return rotting food, I get a little upset. Do these people even care about their customers? Things like a beef roast the size of my little fist at 32$ and other such items not even attainable for me because of cost, I certainly don’t appreciate having to drive back on my money to force them to do their damn job and check these things before they try to sell them. You just lost a customer. But I’m sure that since this seems to be a regular thing, you really don’t care about me. Sickening😡
I just noticed that the website put cell phone store on this post. It s NOT the cell phone store. IT IS SUPERSTORE!!!
