This was my 1st visit to this store in Nov 2021. Here are the highlights 🙂
1. SIZE -- I was amazed to see the size of the store and wide variety of Indian food items . This is undoubtedly one of the big Indian store as compared to other indian stores in KW area.🎊
2. COLLECTION -- Very vast variety of grocery , food items, vegetables etc are available. 👍
3. PRICE -- Very attractive prices as compared to other indian stores.Quite cheap and well balanced.💰
4. CUSTOMER SERVICE - I met Sejal .She was very forthcoming and customer focused.Good customer service.🙏
5. SANITATION and QUALITY -- Very neat and clean store.Proper space between the aisles. Food items were neatly packed and placed. 😷

Guys, whenever you buy something from this store, make sure to check two things: first, whether they are charging you the exact amount mentioned or not, and second, check the total items on the receipt and compare them with what you actually bought.

I live in Waterloo and bought something from Cambridge. When I checked after coming home, I was so angry! I feel like going back and throwing the receipt in their face. Trusting Indians here means making a fool of yourself. There are no jobs here for the past two years, and on top of that, they overcharged me by $6!

New to Cambridge and found this place as nearest Indian super store but had a wierd experience as a new customer. Bought a Nariyal and found out that it was rotten from inside and when I complained about it I was told that “We don’t know what’s there inside so no exchange”.
Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting the store again and will prefer going to another store even if I have to drive few more miles.

Super India Food Market is our favourite place to go for Indian food ingredients. There is a tremendous variety of foods. As an example, there are many different brands of Besan flour to choose from. the owner has been extremely helpful and helping choose various products. I can hardly wait until the takeout meals is ready to go.

The shelves are very well organized, and very neat and tidy. It is so easy to shop at super India.

We really enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

My wife and I drive 14 km to shop at this wonderful place.

The place has everything that you expect from an Indian store including pooja items, flowers. Friendly staff and go above and beyond to assist you. Prices are a bit on the higher side

They are really good, actually they have a wide range of Indian things as well as cosmetics.However, they can improve their customer service approach.

I have noticed they are very good with existing customers. But for new customers they are not able to set the tone. In fact I kept wandering inside the store looking for specific items for a long time, one of the staff noticed I was still looking for something he ignored rather than approaching for help.

I noticed the cashier is good but it took lot time to scan 4 items of the person before me. Especially when there is only 1 checkout, speed is the ROI.
