I rented a man-lift from Sunbelt in December to put up some permanent outdoor lights in time for Christmas. There was an issue with my equipment not being ready when I went to pick it up, and the staff offered to deliver the unit to me rather than having to come back to the store. Unfortunately, the delivery resulted in some minor damage to my property.

To make a long story short: Reece, the manager, was quick to address the situation and the damage was repaired at their cost, along with waiving my rental fee.

Accidents happen - after all, they were only trying to be helpful by bringing the equipment to me. The machine worked perfectly and after the unfortunate incident, I felt taken care of as a customer. Thanks Reece, see you next time I need a piece of equipment!

Have had my chipper serviced here a few times and have rented here before too. I was always shocked with the quick service and cost savings over other companies. Sad that they don't work on chippers anymore though.

I bought brush cutting blades for my weed Wacker and was attended to by Keith. Keith has helped me on other occasions as well and as usual he carefully explained how to lock in the blade later, I removed the blade and replaced it with the line trimmer and left out a key part and was unable to remove the part despite my best efforts. I went back to the store and Keith, always pleasant and very professional, expertly removed the part (he used tools I don't have) and then returned it to me charging me 10$. Keith is exceptionally skilled and I was lucky to have been helped by him as he saved me a lot of time and trouble.

Did a search online for a man lift in my area and went to reserve lift because the price was good. Went to check out so I could book it and didn't have an option to proceed after filling everything out for 20 minutes. Turns out the price I added to my cart was unavailable there but the exact same machine was available for $250 more the customer service rep said after wasting another 30 minutes of my time. Total bait and switch. Wasted an hour trying to book the machine and customer service was no help at all. Went to United rentals instead and will continue to only ever use them. I will never have my time wasted by a company that has business practices like that ever again. Thanks, Marek
