I am highly disappointed with this establishment. I had called this store over 20 times today to find out if they had the color and length of braiding hair I was looking for. This was during the listed hours of operations. Because of the lack of someone answering the phone I had to drive across town to this store, where I realized my call wasn’t being answered not because the store was busy but because the lady that was working there was on the phone gossiping with either a friend or family member. I was highly upset with the level of unprofessionalism I’ve experienced here and they still didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. Very disappointed.

I'm a bit torn on how I feel about this store. I think they could do a better job with cleaning and organizing. Every time I walk in, the staff is just sitting there yet there appears to be a lot they could be doing to improve the place. The selection has been great though, I've found everything I needed.

With all these different niche markets opening in Sudbury, the owners should all get together and open one big international foods store.

Just want to say here that I was very surprised that I came over to this store which I do come regularly to report a case of a fish pack that I bought that was bad,came back to return item or get a partial refund atleast Buh was told i couldn’t and got explanation about how it is a particular type of fish and ur has a unique smell.I am aware that fish does have a smell Buh a smell that leaves the whole apartment stinking in a type of way? And Ofcos I do know when something is bad ..I’m going to let this slide Buh next time I will be involving the public health of food and safety .

Very nice African store to shop at, they got all the African foods and products I was looking for and very affordable prices. The owner and her daughter are an AMAZING people and welcoming environment.Customer service was great. In fact they are the BEST African Market in Sudbury!

The person working was disinterested in selling to us. She was a bit rude. The store is quite cluttered and dirty. They seemed to have lots of items that xant be purchased just anywhere. They need to work on customer service.

My rating about this place now is definitely different from my first,this is because my initial concern is no longer there,you will definitely feel comfortable shopping here all day,the owners of this place are cheerful and humanely welcoming,my go to for african raw foods,thank you Guys for making it home away from home.

This is the best place in town for your African goods. Wonderful staff, affordable prices. I would definitely be revisiting.
