We were ripping it up on Top Gun and my son endo'd a step-up and crashed pretty good, breaking a few components on his Norco. Ski hill staff doesn't service Norco and recommended Straight Line in town. We loaded the bikes and headed over. Will in the service department went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the bike. Can't say enough about the level of service we received from Straight Line and specifically Will. Highly recommend this place.

Lured in by the promise of a warranty claim, it was 6+ weeks and a $477 bill for what I repaired in 15min and $0, and I'm not a bike mechanic. Do better Straight-Line!

The mechanics at Straight Line saved my day! Broke a break lever 15 minutes into the trail to ale - the first ride on a 4-day trip… they had me up and running in no time and I was able to finish the ride and the trip! Super grateful for their awesome customer service and ultra-fast turnaround!!! Very reasonable rates - I would have paid triple what they charged me to get riding again without blinking an eye. The Straight Line team is great! Very professional, very service oriented, very knowledgeable service department and well equipped. Went above and beyond in helping my son and I out with an issue with the fork on our tandem. These guys are a great resource for Tour Divide/Great Divide riders. Will be back!

Showed up late on a Monday afternoon with a front shifter problem while starting a long tour. The whole staff stayed after closing to help me out. They bill was minimal for the time they put in. Fantastic service!
