Run a lab shuttle machine that was recently purchased and has a great amount of bells and whistles to control by temperature, and pressure. We have noticed great repeatability in part quality with using the telemetry system. This machine runs itself smoothly once the recipe is made! Had a minor fault but STP helped fix the fault within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend an STP machine if you are looking for new innovations in the roto world!

Originally a daring purchase for our companies previous owner to secure a large contract which required 24 hour production for 16 weeks, more recently our big blue STPZS100-2C Inline Shuttle Rotomoulding machine has fondly become a reliable workhorse that has managed the majority of the workload for our factory averaging 60 hours or 100 cycles a week for 20 years.

We have been blown away by the hardiness of this machine, which has required barely more than minimal running maintenance in its lifetime. It continues to be the most practical, flexible and economic machine to manufacture on within our factory and the machine of choice due to its simplicity and speed to operate.

Despite rarely requiring the input of the STP Rotomachinery team because of the reliability of their machinery, whenever we are in contact, they treat us as a valued and well remembered customer and provide us with a very thorough technical service.
