Fabulous store and service. My mouth dropped when I walked in. Stitching, kniting, quilting heaven. I had no idea a store like this existed in London (or anywhere), until I started the search for specific threads required for a cross stitch piece. None of the "familiar", go-to places had them or even listed them as part of their stock. Stitch-It Central had them all.....and they're in Canada! I will be going back to this lovely store for all my needlework needs.

Drove from Waterloo just to see what the buzz was all about that my stitching group buddies from Three Rivers Stitchers were talking about. Location was easy to find. I browsed for about 2 hours just looking at all of their merchandise and wonderful stitched artworks hanging on the walls. My main purpose was to obtain supplies for Mirabilia's queen of Spring. The staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly, made me feel comfortable, provided me with some recommendations, and what I appreciated most of all was they didn't rush me. It's a bit of a drive from Waterloo, but well worth it. There's nothing like it here and it makes for a great adventure. Whether you're a stitcher or quilter, you will find something here worth bringing home and you'll look forward to your next adventure at Stitch It Central.

I’m so excited to have found this store! Gorgeous selection of 100% cotton fabrics & so beautiful displayed … a quilters dream! The staff was friendly & helpful, and I found exactly what I was looking for … plus a little extra something something, ‘cause how could I resist? Can’t wait to go back!

Love their new location. The have beautiful quilt fabrics and an amazing selection of cross stitch patterns , materials and accessories. So glad we waited for them to open. I loved their completed Canadian angel cross stitch. Very nice staff. Great to know theydo mail order too.

My first time purchasing a needlepoint project from Stitch-it Central will not be my last. The product was delivered very quickly. I had excellent communication from customer service. I was able to find my kit cheaper here than elsewhere. I’ve already begun to stitch … Wanda’s wands will be customized to use my friend’s name as a gift to her.

I’m giving it a one star as the fabric is great. Lots of cross stitch stuff too. I’m only giving it one as the owner (male half) told me my sewing machine was garbage. I’ve been sewing happily with the same brand of machines for over 20 years. It’s not a Bernina. So what. Doesn’t give him the right to insult me and my choice of machine. I will never go back.
