Yesterday we purchased 4 jackets and the cashier was very harsh too us. Even the staff didn't ask us for any help. After billing he forgot to take out security tag from one jacket. And that buzzer sounds. Then he don't even apologise for that. Like he did that for reason..

Good prices on clothes for my young daughters. They chose to shop here after walking around the whole mall. No wait at the till when we were ready to buy. We were offered help but didn't want any. We were fine navigating the change rooms and racks on our own. Visiting from a smaller town, it's nice to have options. One of the other customers was less than polite, but not the stores fault.

Very unimpressed. I have not been here with my girlfriend in at least 8 months..... what happened to the friendly staff? Did they quit? The staff now are very unfriendly and do not seem to recognize good manners/polite greeting and definitely do not seem to care to give out civility. Very slow service as the icing on the cake. If they didn't have the shoes that my girlfriend was looking for, we would have dropped all items and left. Instead we waited in line for an excessive amount of time when there was only three people ahead of us just to teach the cashiers how there sale works that is literally posted behind them. I really have nothing good to say about this outlet and can pretty much promise we will not go there again.
Oh yeah, they seem to have the great idea to drive the pin for the antitheft devise right through the finished side of the heels.

If there was an option to put zero that's what I would have put, my sisters were just tryna look around and the workers there framed them both by sticking tags on the side of their backpacks just before they could leave, and told other costumers going in to not worry about them and that they're just dealing with some "things" and pointed right at them because they're indigenous, my sisters said they were really nice to other people who walked in but not certain race like them, they got followed around the store while they kindly greeted only white people. Never going to be shopping here again and it used to be our favorite place to go.

The employees should demonstrate personal hygiene given its a clothing store. Walked in and was overpowered by the intense smell of body odour. At first I thought it was a customer until I walked past a young guy folding clothes and gagged.
The store looks like it smells. Nasty

Went there today with a friend of mine and found an item I was really excited about. I went to try it on but I couldnt find a single employee to get me a fitting room. It doesn't help that the employees have no tags or anything to distinguish them from the costumers. I eventually got a change room and after trying on my item I had decided to purchase it. The lady at the cashier register was incredibly rude on so many levels. This was possibly the worst experience I've had at a clothing store before. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again.

I frequent this store frequently, as my daughter loves it there. Today (December 19/16) when I went in, I went to the till, the girl ahead of me was just finishing up and I was next in line....another till opened up, I told the people behind me to go ahead because I was next anyway. Happily 4 people went to the other side.....when it came to my turn, the girl said to me "She will help you at the other till" and closed hers and walked away. I am sorry but that was rude on so many levels. I had 1 item and the only reason I didn't leave it and walk out was that I had been looking forever for it.

Found the staff to be quite rude when I was in there. I'm not sure how these kids got their jobs but I think the Management should learn better hiring procedures. Whatever they are doing is definitely not working for them. Great prices on the clothing but the quality was cheap, which is what i would expect for the price anyway so I really don't give them a rating for that anyway. 1 star just for existing. lol. I'm happy to go over to Ricki's and all the other great stores for a 4 star experience...and clothing that won't fall apart after a couple of washes.
