I have not been a regular Stitch by Stitch customer for very long. I live almost 1.5 hours away. I have tried several classes: Sew Till You Drop, the Featherweight Club, and the Camden Braes Retreats.

I feel like I have made personal, artistic, & mutually respectful connections with some of the staff. These connections feel like a warm hug, and you can be yourself with like minded crafters. I am very lucky to have found Stitch by Stitch.

I have made several on line orders, and these are handled very carefully & efficiently. When I have been to the shop there are always temptations around every corner. If you have never been, you should visit Stitch by Stitch, you won’t regret it.

This is a lovely shop - not just for quilters, but for anyone who likes to sew. They have a great selection of fabrics and accessories and a wonderful variety of classes as well. Their service department is top notch and they have helped me out with my Husqvarna Viking Rudy Deluxe embroidery machine. It is so easy to book an appointment for service online and they offer same day service. I highly recommend this shop.

Stitch any Stitch has an amazing supportive staff with great educational opportunities. I began my quilting journey at the shop learning how to make quilt blocks, paper piece and read and interpret a pattern. The staff is very knowledgeable and has helped me many times when I’ve been undecided about colour combinations and sewing questions in general. In addition, they look after my sewing and embroidery machines as well keeping everything running smoothly. A great sewing shop that meets all my sewing needs - and - if it’s not in store they’ll get it in for me😊

Stitch by Stitch Kingston is a great shop for beginners and experienced quilters and sewers. They really encourage people no matter what level they are at. They have a wide variety of classes to take. They will order in items for you if they don’t have it in their shop. I’ve had my sewing machine serviced there and it was done in a timely matter so that I could get back to sewing quickly. I’ve only had positive experiences at this shop.

The store: Clean, organized, stocked, and displayed beautifully (not just products, but all the gorgeous quilts hanging throughout the store). The staff are always prepared to go out of their way to help you. The sewing machine repair option is fantastic. The products in the store are reliably of excellent quality. I took a basic quilting course and it helped me TREMENDOUSLY to make items that look as good as I imagined! Thank you!

This is such a great local shop. Not only the fabric clerks out front, Laura and of course Heather but the whole machine fix it crew in the back. If you are looking for great customer service and expertise this is a place to stop. All of them look after you so well from the moment you walk into the shop. Whether it be for fabric or a machine fix/adjustment they are there to help. Stop in and see this hidden gem
