It’s time to go somewhere else to give better deserving business. Why? because I have given this place business since it opened and my loyalty is not appreciated.
I’m the past, they have misplaced my uniform dress that is worth $165 and said that someone from my household had picked it up.
Most recently, dropped 8 items to dry clean, the young girl who took my order printed 6 items while I was still handing over my items and was arrogant and rude, and kept on giving long sigh each time I asked her to correct my order and reprint my receipt. She just hand wrote the number of items on the original receipt with 6pcs and upon asking, she only then wrote her name on it. Inside one of the pocket of men’s blazer were two pocket squares which I wasn’t aware of, nor did the girl entered them in the system but they without my consent dry cleaned them with charge of $20 for both. When I went to pick up, I was sent back by the lady who said she is not the usual person working this location and I should come back. Next day after work, I stopped by, the usual lady, offered $10 coupon, which the initial girl did not apply and for two packet squares, she called her manager, I assume, who authorised to wave the pocket squares cost but the phone was loud enough that I heard her say that it’s not there problem that the pocket squares were in. Well, then someone should have called me to confirm if I wanted them dry cleaned. Their price list is hidden in the drawer, not displayed for customers to see. With all my past dry cleaning places in Toronto since 1989 and in airdrie since 2012, I have never seen a business where the price list is not transparent.

Decided to try this place, the prices are higher than the rest and I gave them 4 white shirts and I got the same thing back on all 4. Whoever they are outsourcing the work to as they are not doing it on site basically is lazy and ripped my shirts. It’s obvious they don’t press, or steam but they iron and they stop ironing the pocket right under the flap as the photos show. These are unworn shirts as I got them and there is still wrinkles and creases in obvious areas, it was done poorly but worst of all on all 4 shirts I have a rip from the tip of the iron near my pockets as the photos show. Will not be going back
