I am shocked at how poor the printing and marketing services are through Staples printing. I have made 3 attempts to create a marketing brochure through their online service. The first attempt I lost all my work. I then emailed a business rep who refused to help unless I was committing to printing a certain amount related to cost and she further directed me to submit an online customer service form. I submitted the form with my request and received a response on my inquiry.i followed the instructions provided and when I went to publish and further print my work that I had spent hours creating the Staples platform said it had timed out due to inactivity however I was not inactive as I was working on my project the whole time.

Furthermore there is no one to assist even through a live chat to assist in recovering my work!

The customer service for such a big organization is terrible! Also, the online platform templates for creating business marketing packages is terrible. I would not waste valuable time using their services as your work will be lost as there is no way to save it along the way! You can only save a project once you are ready to publish and in my situation their platform timed out.

Staples printing is a terrible service and poor customer service!

Brutal. First visit to print a 12x24 plan, was told minimum 2 hours as the one printer was busy. Come back tomorrow. Next day, dept not busy. Machine not in use, clerk told me we are not allowed to do stuff while you wait. We’re way too busy! About 6 people there and 4 staff. I’ve had countless things done over the years in real time, just not at this store. Avoid it if you can. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

I went ib to get 9 pages of architectural prints printed it literally takes 5 minutes to print those pages. I was told I had to wait 2 hours for them because they had a lot of back orders meanwhile they're only two people working there one of which was speaking to me and all the big printers that print architectural prints were turned off. So unless they have more printers in the basement that are printing those back orders I don't know what's going on in this place. The issue is they don't have serious competition they are too comfortable and take advantage of the customers needs. I just hope some online company like Amazon starts some printing servise. I'm sure it will be cheaper and faster

Ordered a same day print online, but after 12 so it was supposed to be ready by 6pm the next day. I came in at 5 to check on it and the files hadn’t been downloaded, then one was going to take an hour to download (less than a gigabyte) so I was told to come back.
I then got a call saying the file wouldn’t open, and I then came in with a USB with the same file and it opened.

I was offered a refund before I suggested bringing in a USB. But when I pay for the print to be before 6 and I get it at 8, it’s certainly not worth it.

Only deserves a 1 star. Asked an employee for something he didn't know what I was talking about. Grabbed one of those cards to bring to the front desk for the product. I give the card to one person who starts talking to someone else and not getting my product. I ask what's up then it was passed it to someone else who then comes back and doesn't say anything only to pass it back to someone else. Then that person looks for the product on line and says it's out of stock. What the Why are there the cards on the shelf with no product? If it wasn't COVID I would've been yelling!!!! 🤦‍♂️
