Went to the store to return laptop that is sealed and with receipt same day. They refused to take it back, had to go back to the branch I originally purchased that from! Asked to show me where is that rules written! Couldn’t show me anything! Such a waste of time! And the employees treats people like trash! Thats the reason best buy is way better place for purchase!

Would not recommend this staples location for mailing and shipping services. Was shipping an item internationally and while originally helpful they clearly do not know their shipping providers shipping regulations. My package was returned to me as the shipping provider selected do not deliver to the area planned. Upon receiving my package back I went into the store to request a refund and they refused and told me to contact the shipping provider.

Printing is self serve or order online only. Expect no service. Wanted something printed on cardstock, only 10 copies, nothing fancy. I was told I would have to just buy the cardstock paper and use it at the self serve myself or place an order online. The staff (curly haired lady) actually said they're not supposed to just print it for me. So I guess they don't serve. Not sure of the point of having staff there if they're just going to point you to the self serve or online. Go to the east end location instead. Never had an issue there.

Update: Went to the east end location the next day and, as expected, the staff at the printing counter were top notch! Super helpful and quick. Only go there!

Returned an Amazon parcel and the young man at the counter was super helpful. Sorry we didn’t get his name but he was so patient with us & knowledgeable. Again a big thank you!!

Good service! Great location to do if your Amazon returns is super easy and quick! They do price match, but does have certain restrictions for that! They don't price match everything!

This was my first time to this Staples but I do not think it will be my last. The store is organized well and I did not have any trouble finding anything. One of the staff reached out to me quickly when I had a question and I was able to get a number of items that I was looking for in no time. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fast. And his couple of suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. Great place.

Great store to shop at, friendly, knowledgeable staff, good prices. I love that I can order online and if the product(s) in stock, I can use curbside pickup, usually within 15 minutes.
