Shawn sold me a Vic west steel roof system for a custom home. Turns out he had no idea how the product worked. He supplied me with the wrong seamer for the roof, then he was not able to tell me were I could find the proper seamer and left it in my hands. I found it. The seamer was only available through a US rental company. By the time I had it shipped to Canada where it sat a customs for a few days, seamed the roof when weather cooperated, shipped back, again sitting at customs for a few days, my bill was close to 3500 cdn. I sent the invoice to Shawn who's response was we only supply the product, the seamer was my responsibility. I thought this was strange as he did supply me with two seamers neither that worked. Now he says it's my responsibility. I wasn't expecting him to pay the full amount but feel he could have helped with the cost. I've tried numerous times to contact Shawn since, but he always seems to be unavailable, and never returns my calls.
