Just had a look at my motorcycle in my garage and found it hard to take my eyes off of it. I repeatedly do this since Rachelle/Square One made me a new saddle. I finally got myself my perfect moto but was missing that final crucial detail. I needed a saddle that was both more comfortable and communicated my vibe. I am SUPER picky and crazy critical on details that are important to me. I had some specific thoughts and I also had some 'I don't knows' but would instantly know if it was off.
I'll start with the visual as that was my first reaction. It is off the charts! Every aspect from the thickness of the seat to the different colours she used is amazing! I had her include my logo and my nickname w specific font which she did perfectly. 1 would think that would be the highlight there. The balance that she used with shapes, colours-i'd say tastefully subdued-enhances my moto into perfection. The stock seat was thinner and looked off. The details of the silver slashing along the forward/aft to enhance the lines of moto is perfection. Each detail makes the other detail better. Such consistency of design that shows off her strong design and fabrication skill as well as my strong vibe of design/personality is amazing. She so understood me and delivered.
Ok onto the comfort. AMAZING how much an already decently comfortable seat has transformed into I can ride so much longer than I even imagined I would be able to or want to. Since I got my seat from Rachelle, I have ridden more and longer than previously. When I haven't been on it for a bit, I am always surprised by how good it is. 2 hours feels fresh. I've been past 4 hours and I don't need to rest because of saddle fatigue or pain. I am dumbfounded by that. In my many years of riding, I have never gotten anywhere near that.
So bottom line(get it, bottom, bum) I can't recommend Square One enough. From the initial talk, through all the meetings and final hand-off, the full season I've ridden on it, and the jewel of a human being Rachelle is, I could not be happier. She has made me feel valued, heard and my rumpus thanks her immensely.
Glad to have her in our riding family!
Just look on her insta to see her depth and consistency and know that they ride every bit as good as they look!!!
I will most likely get her to do my back up moto this next year.

Seen a post on a for custom seat with added gel. I reached out immediately, was given a quote of $750 on March 28/24. Was told pay a deposit and Ill book you in as soon as deposit is received. Deposit was sent March 29/24. I was never booked in at all. I ended up sending my seat through fed exon May 29/24. I picked my leather and the colors I wanted, howeever she kept saying how she wouldnt like those colors. Umm its my seat you dont need to like my color choices I do . May 31 Im told that she is working on my art, I get excited thinking Im going to see her ideas. But days pass with absolutely nothing. Then finally I get a message saying my seat is done and ready to ship on June 4/24. Umm I was in complete shock as I never did get to APPROVE THE ART WORK SHE JUST WENT AHEAD. And in the end the seat was $980. Quiet a bit higher then quote. This was a nightmare experience that this woman made all the final decisions on my custom seat. There was next to NO communication during the process and all she had to say was well I could have charged you for this and that,and I went out of my way to get what you wanted. Umm no thats doing the job. In my opinion. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP IF YOUR WANTING YOUR OWN PERSONAL CUSTOM SEAT AS YOU DO NOT GET A SAY !

Amazing leather work! Rachelle was able to make a custom belt at my size for a custom V for Vendetta costume. The belt came out awesome and I can’t wait to get the rest of the costume done!
