Had some issues with my laptop not staying on when unplugged and not taking a charge. Found SNR on Google Maps and decided to take my laptop in to them. Very nice and helpful guys who know what they're talking about.

Through the whole process they were very helpful, kind, and kept me updated on the situation. Unfortunately, the issue was deeper than just a faulty battery (needing motherboard repair), and I ended up deciding to get a new laptop. They were incredibly helpful through the whole process. They answered all the questions I had and even did some quick research to find a few good deals and suggestions. We ended up having a good conversation and left quite pleased.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I got, the helpful advice and suggestions, and will definitely come back if I have any issues in the future.

Very happy with their friendly service. The shop and their process are no frills and super efficient, which I really appreciated. My laptop had a short circuit that was causing a keyboard button to be super hot (even when the laptop was off) and the battery to drain as a result. I had my laptop back 24 hours later with a normal button and no more battery drain. Their pricing was completely reasonable too. Thanks guys!

Not being the best with computers I had brought my laptop in with an issue. As it turns out it was a simple button I wasn’t aware of that was causing the issue. The guys there were amazing 1 did not make fun of me and 2 did not charge me, even though they would have been in their right to charge the diagnostic fee. Can not recommend them enough.

I took my daughter's computer in to be checked out as it wasn't staying on and the screen was flashing. Within 2 days I got a call that it was ready to be picked up. Took some old equipment there to be discarded. Did not really do any business with them, but they were not overly friendly. Not at all actually. I phoned ahead of time to ask if I could turn in a couple of old computers, keyboards, and such. When I got there it was like they couldn't wait to get rid of me. Didn't make sense because I was the only customer and they were not busy. I didn't want to "chat", so I wasnt taking up any time. They were just not friendly. They had enough time for 2 of them to come over and look. Maybe it was just a bad day. I wasn't too bothered with it either way. Just thought I'd leave a comment on the customer servce.
