I have been buying products from Snelling for 20 years. They have changed their ordering system so that you have to order online first and cannot simply buy products at the warehouse. If you want to place an order, you have to call head office and set up a new account, then transfer your old account info to the new system. It took me 3 trips to their Ottawa outlet, 3 phone calls, and 45 minutes of waiting in the car before I could take delivery of my order. Not exactly customer-friendly. Update: 3 months after my purchase, I got a call from their accounting dept stating that I had an overdue invoice. I had to find my Visa bill to prove to them that I had already paid for my item in June. This place is in chaos!

Not impressed .. pushing us to shop elsewhere. They basically carry little to nothing. Go to chef depot or Costco to save frustration. From ordering, to pick up.. pure frustration. Missing items on orders.

I went today to their office at 4 since it said they closed at 5pm today and they haven't updated their website the fact they were already closed. Very disappointed and a complete waste of time.
