I've had a wonderful experience working at RDJ Bakeries. Management is dedicated to continuous improvement and maintains open communication with all employees. It's a great place to work, with a strong sense of teamwork and a supportive environment. Highly recommend!

It has become a challenging environment, particularly for those in lower positions. I have observed a lack of respect from higher-level staff, including supervisors, towards employees. This issue is especially pronounced for student workers, who have faced threats of termination despite their efforts.

I worked here as a Maintenance Mechanic till late 2019. Its a great place to work as a Maintenance . The Maintenance Manager Freddie is a great person and i have never seen such a dedicated worker. If you are a skilled and Hard worker, u can be in managerial position comparatively easily. The President RICK is a very hard working employer who always appreciates dedicated individuals.

I was worked in rdj Bakeries 2019-2020 (Cambridge) as packer, this company is best company for your growth & Startup . All employees, team Leaders, Supervisor, Hr and Company owner Rick although have very good nature. This Company for me like a Home.
