I ordered a bandsaw blade but received the wrong blade, the supplier put the wrong bade in the correct box. I went to their website and used the chat feature to inform them I received the wrong blade. Early the next morning I received an email from Skookum, I responded and they shipped me a new blade right away. That’s the kind of service I appreciate.

Ordered a dado set from these guys and it came with one chipper that was quite a bit bigger than the rest of the blades. I got in touch and got a response first thing the next morning (e-mailed around 7pm). They got me a new chipper from the manufacturer and shipped it across the country for free. Excellent experience.

I always worry ordering online not getting what was ordered or accountability after the fact. I ordered a bunch of BS (BandSaw) bands/blades. Had a problem with one. Ryan jumped on it and had a replacement out very quickly. Fantastic service.

Wow! What a great company to deal with. We recently purchased a bandsaw and realized the blades we were using were not cutting our material the way we needed it to. We called Skookum Tools up to see if they had any advice on the types of blades to use. I spoke with Ryan and on multiple occasions he has come to our rescue. Ryan helped pick the right blade for us and went above and beyond in answering all of our questions. The blades took a few weeks to come in, but it was well worth the wait.
