Great service!! My old laptop was acting up, and Chen booked me an appointment within a few days. As it needed extensive repairs, I opted for a new laptop. Greg had the new one ready to go, including transfer of all files from the old one, in less than 24 hours. This is my third time dealing with Signa, and I wouldn't deal with anyone else. I purchased a system over a year ago from Signa. Their staff were always friendly, kept me in the loop on their progress and I really appreciated the direct to my door delivery. I love what they built for me.

Just over a year later, I was experiencing a problem. I was anxious I was going to get caught in a lengthy process. To my relief and happiness, Signa responded to my email within minutes and provided me with a solution and everything was back the way it was.

Computer system purchased over four years ago - still works amazing. Needed help updating the bios so emailed and the response was almost immediate and the bios was successfully updated. You don’t find that kind of service very often these days. Highly recommend!!
