My First CNC is the Longmill mk 2.5. A bit of a learning curve but I love it. It will open up lots of doors and do work that would take me days in a couple hours. Pairing it with some IDC roughing bits (beast or hog) really adds to the experience. Not a bad thing to be said about it.... Only had to reach out to customer service once and they responded quickly.

Ordered the LongMill Mk2 48x30 earlier this year, and not only was it incredibly easy to set up and calibrate (the extent of my CNC experience prior is a prover 3018) but it a a lot of fun to be able to design something and begin fabrication quickly with a fairly large work area. All parts are high quality and the only real issue I've had is that I had to file the holes for the inductive sensors slightly (which is no problem at all). Great job Sienci Labs!

The machines made by this company are great, especially for how much they cost. They listen to their community, and overall do a great job. Their machines are easy to assemble, adjust, and generally use. Any issues i've had with mine, have all been due to user error. If you're trying to decide what machine to get, get this one.

These guys are great. i'm in Tennessee, they're in Canada and i still got my longmill mk2 in 3 days. i was missing some parts and they shipped those out to me and i had those in 3 days. i just ordered my induction sensors and the tracking number says they'll be here on the 4th day, they're in the middle of moving to a bigger warehouse. if you're thinking of getting a cnc router, this is the way to go. i got the 30X30 because i had limited space. if you have the space, i'd get the 40X30.

I recently purchased a Longmill from Sienci Labs, and the entire experience has been exceptional. From the order process to setup, everything was smooth and user-friendly.

The ordering process was straightforward, and I found numerous resources that helped me get started as a beginner. Communication after the purchase was excellent, with timely updates on my order status.

Putting the machine together was an enjoyable experience; the instructions were clear and thorough, making assembly a breeze. I particularly appreciated the first projects provided by Sienci Labs, which allowed me to see the machine in action quickly without a steep learning curve for the creation software.

The resources on their website are well-organized and comprehensive. I was able to find answers to my questions quickly, thanks to the clear layout and detailed information available.

Overall, I highly recommend buying from Sienci Labs. They offer great support, excellent resources, and a fantastic product that is both fun and easy to use.

I bought my Longmill MK2 about four months ago. I bought it because for the price it was the best structurally constructed. After doing my research and purchasing my 30"x30" mk2, I received the box about three weeks on the nose from when I purchased online. The box was well packed and I had no damaged items. The assembly videos were extremely helpful along with the digital instructions. I've done a few simple 2D project and I've very please with the performance of the machine. The surfacing feature built into gSender made surfacing my MDF spoil board so easy. I would definitely recommend the Longmill to someone ready to jump into CNC. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 rating is because I'm haven't seen how it holds up over time, but looks like the reviews I've been seeing are looking pretty good for longevity.
