Great at answering questions and providing assistance to you with great results. They only area they could improve on is answering phones throughout the day, rather than letting it go to a Answering Machine all the time. I would really love to give a five star rating, but with how they don't answer the phone especially when you call more than 4-5 times thinking each time that "maybe they aren't busy right now", it becomes very frustrating. This isn't the first occurrence either where I have ran into this, I have driven in after not being able to get through with the phone, and have found the storefront empty with all them hanging out in the back. I would hope that they keep the front desk clerk at the front rather than hanging out in the back. Other than this issue, I have no other problems with how they operate and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Old fashioned customer service! I have come in with everything from random questions, asking for advice on whether it’s worth a repair or should I just replace, to ordering OEM parts for my (ancient) lawn mower, and every single time I am met with kindness and practical advice. I recently had a mix up with some parts I ordered and the folks at Shamrock went over and above to set everything straight for me. I just found you this summer, but I will be a loyal customer for a long time!

My dad took his chainsaw here because it needed a new clutch. The guy was told to just change the clutch. Two weeks later he calls to pick it up and charges $240 including $20 for one 'liter of fuel' (the chainsaw maybe holds 300 ml). He says its just like new. I run the chainsaw for 10 minutes and the chain still doesn't rotate and now it stalls. It just will not run. I never had this problem before. He says maybe I had bad gas. It was brand new high octane gas and I never had this problem before. We take it back here and asked him if he changed the clutch. He says no because "it looked good". After leaving it with him for another 5 days he finally changes the clutch. I cut for 10 minutes and it stalls again. It just won't run. This guy is all salesman and no talent. Go anywhere else. He overcharges for everthing and is a total rip off taking advantage of old vulnerable people. Shame on you Rod! I really don't know how you sleep at night.

This is the place to go in FSJ for small engine repair or parts. If they dont have it, they will point you in the right direction. The owner provides helpful advice and tips as well. Super friendly staff too!
