Our family has been shopping at Sewing World for years and have experienced nothing but great service each time we visited. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and make you feel welcomed while you are there. This business provides that extra level of customer service that you will never find at a big box store.

Rude, feel like I am bothering them just by walking in the store. Not appreciated, especially when one spent close to $2 grand there in the last year. I tried more than once thinking they may be having an off day. Never again. No wonder there is no one else in the store. I expect at least common courtesy and politeness if you want my money. I am all for supporting local but it works both ways. Customer service is a must if you want my dollars. Next machine will likely be a big box store, too bad.

I have all of my wife's sewing machine servicing done there. We've been dealing with Ed at Sewing World for 10 + years and recommend the shop to friends. He knows his sewing machines. The lady there also is very knowledgeable, most recently regarding the Janome 500E Embroidery machine. Love going in there. Lots and lots of fabrics too.

I have had a great deal of difficulty having my sewing machine serviced in Newfoundland. When I went to Ed at Sewing World, he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help solve my problem. I hadn't been to this store prior to this but have been since and found both Ed and the woman who work there friendly and helpful.

I personally feel I get the best service at Sewing World. They've serviced my Serger several months ago and it's running beautifully. Anytime I'm looking for something (when I'm working on a sewing project) I know I'll find it at Sewing World. Thank you Ed and staff.

I been a few times and it feels like a cute till home grown place. You can tell the people there know there stuff. There are so many things or things to chose from. They have everything you would every need for a sewing project or a dyi activity. With so much selection and knowledge staff you can not go wrong. And plus they have alot of fabrics really cool ones at that.
Always parking to be found.
