Took sergers in to be repaired. Took a very long time to be returned. One sewed for 5 minutes the other 10. Took them back and the sales lady treated me like I was lying and technician wanted to charge more to fix
Had another machine in to be repaired, it sewed a short time. So , I took to another technician who found a stripped screw and could not open up to repair. Hmmm wonder how that happened
Rude sales ladies combined with an incompetent technician plus their inconvenient hours of business make for a poorly run shop
Do yourself a favour and find another repair shop that knows how to treat their customers with respect!

Took my serger in for a service about a year ago. I told them i thought the timing was off, but that I'm new to the serger so I wasn't sure why it wasn't sewing right. They had it for about a week and then told me there was nothing wrong with it. I told them there was definitely something wrong with it as it won't sew properly but they insisted that their tech said it was fine. Being new to using a serger I went home and tried to make it work, after numerous rethreading and trying over months on and off I was ready to throw it out, until someone else offered to look at it for me. The needle plate had a broken peice, she was shocked that this had been missed by the previous service. I was able to replace the peice and now it sews like a dream. I wish I had taken it to her in the first place as it would have saved me so much stress and frustration. Really dissapointed that I had to pay for a service person to tell me it was fine, when it wasn't, and then for the staff to make me doubt myself with their attitude towards me and not listening to me when I tried to explain the issue.

Extremely helpful in picking colours for your quilt project. If they do not have the item you need they will get it for you. A very good selection of all your quilting needs. I highly recommend this store, you should plan a visit.
