I overheard Jahlissa encouraging and motivating her team. The dedication that she gave me so I can find the products I was looking for was amazing. I wanted to get one thing and ended up getting 15 and spend about 800$. Her positive attitude really helped my mood get brighter. She explained the products and how to use them to perfection. Skip this location. While trying to colour match, an employee asked if I needed help, but it felt super obligatory. They stared off into the distance until I stopped talking, then said someone else would assist. I waited 30 minutes, no one came. Tried again the next day, still no help. On a third visit, I had to stop the cashier and get her to scan my account for points, and they looked very confused. It felt like they’d decided I didn’t look like someone who collected them? Honestly no reason to go in this store

Lauren was so helpful--truly above and beyond. I came in with a long, very specific list of everything I wanted and she powered through the store with me to find it all and help me test each item. She and manager Elaine stayed late in order to set up my account because some information wasn't loading quite right and they wanted to get me my points. Fantastic service from the moment I walked in until after close. Thank you both!!

Staff at this location is very kind and helpful usually at sephora when you ask any questions i feel like they judge you but no matter how many time i ask everybody is always willing to help, today i called them to ask they have new birthday gift available, they specially checked and got back to me.

I placed an online order for this location and when I came to pick it up they scanned my code, looked for my bag, and couldn't find it. They looked in the cupboard where they store the pick-up orders and in the back for like 20 minutes before sending someone around the store again to re-collect my order. Apparently they had given my order away to someone else! They didn't even have all the products in my order in stock anymore and couldn't change my order because it'd already been placed. I either had to buy the missing product and "return" it or wait for my order to expire and place a new order. The whole point of mobile order is to be quick, easy, and to make sure you get everything you want, this was none of those.

Terrible customer service. no gretting. Rude attitude from employees. Felt judged and unwanted in the space. Not shocking for this location.. wish I could remember the employees name, but she made me feel so stupid. So unhappy with the service. Happened at 7:30pm ish. Female working on the floor. Was scared to even approach her as she seemed uninterested to interact

Every single time I visit this location many of the perfume bottles are either missing, or they are empty on display. I wanted to test some KAYALI fragrances today and more than half were either empty or missing from the display. Other bottles left were a quarter full (which is fine).
The previous time I was at this location it was the same thing, many of the bottles of different brands had nothing in them or missing. I wanted to test some good girl fragrances and again, empty. Other friends of mine have noticed this too with this location. Absolutely ridiculous. Its not hard to replace a bottle.
Get your employees moving instead of standing and talking to each other while clocked in.
