I was checking out with a lovely young lady, new cashier and I was very upset how the new staff member was addressed by the other cashier, whenever she had a question. How does one learn when someone is asking questions to a person that was very rude to this new staff member. The other customers were also wondering and were embarrassed to see this new staff member treated this way. This rude staff member needs to go

I usually enjoy shopping at your store, but today I was surprised and disappointed. I went to exchange a product, and the staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope this is addressed.

Nice store. But the best part - GREAT prices, especially for a small store in a very small village.

If you are stopping in on your way through Oxford and you are not from the area, it's good to know that the hours which the store is Open may be different from what you see on Google Maps.

This is a last resort place to shop. Canned goods are fine but the meat is almost always past the sell by date either that or they don’t have the flyer items. The produce also leaves a bit to be desired. Cashiers are great. But if you want fresh food and you can’t get to a larger store head to the co-op in Pugwash.

The top manager is not very good with social skills with his stuff. Some foods stay on shelves ,to the point it not very appealing. Can't keep staff, got a big turn over.Also store not the cleanest place at times.P it's on sales & lots of times does not have the product .

Was in store on July 29th and saw unfrozen chicken on sale that was best before July 29th. There were signs of deterioration on the meat and what appeared as a build up of gas under the plastic wrap. I spoke to an employee and they said it was air. I'm 65 years old and have NEVER seen blown up packages of meat with air in it. I was disgusted and told the worker to bring it to the attention of his boss. Rotten meat being sold as on sale.

Prices seem high compared to Sobeys and Superstore, not very friendly. Staff get worse every time you go into this store. Find expired food on the shelves. Don't forget if we don't shop there, you will not have a job. BE A LITTLE NICER
