I would like to share our business experience with Schmidt Laserworks over the past 8 years or so. We have always been treated with a degree of professionalism second to none. Their staff members always greet us with huge smiles (even through the COVID masks), as I can see it in their eyes.
We have a very demanding type of business which requires precision cutting and bending of Stainless Steel components. Schmidt outperforms, not only with this regard, but they always deliver on time or ahead of the time constraints we have placed on them.

"Online Extortion at its worst" - The owner Calvin is very arrogant, humiliates small business owners in front of the masses, just for a small error, and tries to take advantage of the situation . His reputation is important but is not concerned with others .

Response to Calvin's response - We did a mistake- due to Amazon's catalog error , agreed to it, and apologized as well . Sent a pre paid return label for a full refund. However, the company's owner wanted to extort a USD 799 item for USD 269 by giving a negative rating which we didn't agree to. The item ordered was for "Schmidt Laserworks", so this review goes to the company as a whole. This review is legitimate.
