I called them to try and make an apt for a struggle I was having with my Janome machine. Spoke with Andrea (10 mins before they closed up shop for the wknd, no less) and she talked me through my problem & somehow repaired my machine OVER THE PHONE! Thank you Andrea and the Sawyer Sewing Center team. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience, Thankyou Chris who assisted me with the completion of a project. My button holer was not cooperating so I had to bring in my sewing machine for repair. I had made tops for two little girls, which I couldn’t complete as they needed four button holes. Chris came to my rescue and completed the job. What a wonderful customer experience. Sawyer’s is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, considerate, helpful employee on their team.

I haven’t had the opportunity to go to this place in person as it would be 9 hours round trip just to get there 😆 maybe one day. But I am happy with my online shopping from this company. Item came in pristine condition (massive embroidery machine box) and seller was very responsive and able to have it sent to Canada post for holding so it doesn’t grow legs and walk off my front steps 😂 I’m so excited for this machine I got (janome 550E) as I sold my two singer embroidery machines last summer and never got around to shopping for a new one. I wanted a larger hoop and better tension. Now I’m eyeballing a new serger and a table for my embroidery machine. Supa broke… happily broke😏
