Best rental place in the East Kootenays. So many options and they’re great to work with. Had a hiccup but was rectified immediately. Have used in the past many times and will continue to be my first call. They’re big on supporting local businesses & groups as well.

They stayed late for us to pick up table and chairs for my daughters wedding this place I would rent from one hundred times over . Even the guys who worked there stayed late to help us . I give this place 10 stars amazing customer service.

Fence posts are in!!
We needed to fence in our new place and rented a Skid steer with a post pounder attachment... well the posts started braking so we then needed to bring in a concrete breaker hammer to get through an impermeable layer of dirt, and then we brought in an auger to help set our posts. They had all the tools I kept needing...
Fair prices for a week rental, plus additional attachment daily rates. Glad they had all the tools to try to get the job done.
Staff were super helpful and friendly, from loading, to loading and loading. Walked me through how to change hydraulic lines for new attachment over the phone. Even came out to help me get back in action after I broke the door. (shattered the glass).
I cant wait for the next weekend warrior / honey do project 🙂

Rented a helium tank from them. There was no safety or handling instructions given, only the daily rate was mentioned not the charge for volume. The charged us for way more then we used have possibly used and tried to call hour after the tank was dropped off to charge for damaged. I'd happily for any damages but I'd expect that inspection to happen in front of me at the time off drop off not after it has been in their possession for hours, and when I can't verify there is damage. He was unprofessional on the phone when calling, wasn't unclear about what he was asking for and hung up on me when I was polite about arguing the charge.
