The store itself needs better upkeep but the customer service by the cashier Sienna is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Everytime I shop there Sienna is very friendly, polite and smiling. She goes above and beyond for the customers. I look forward to my weekly shopping experience at this location specifically for the amazing customer service. I would like to thank Sienna for all of her hard work, good job!

Love-hate relationship as it's the only budget grocery store in tottenham. We do love the prices sometimes, but quality also matters. A lot of their fruit and veggies produce can be better quality.

I was in your store today price matching items , your cashier Elizabeth T was doing cash and self checkout, someone was being rude to me because I was price matching , Elizabeth asked her not to be rude and that I was shopping as well !!! You rock kiddo and the way you handled that situation made me feel like a very valued customer ! Thanks again if the owner reads this , you need a raise and a promotion ❤️

I need to be able to go to NoFrills. My income is controlled. I live in Caledon East, and there isn't a NoFrills or Lablaw run Grocery store here, just a Foodland, yikes the prices! Please bring Lablaws to Caledon East

Big, nice and clean. Decent sized parking lot. Cashiers seemed nice.

Been here twice to get addition things for camping as it is so close to the conservation area.

Editing my review to say that it has gotten worse. Photos were taken on September 12, 2022. Lots of rotting and moldy produce.

The meat and produce at this location are really bad. Vegetables and fruit are often soft, shriveled, and even moldy. Many times we have brought produce home to find it has gone bad and we had to throw it away the day we bought it. Fresh meat often looks grey or yellowed and at times even looked as though it had been freezer burnt. Because of this we have stopped buying meat at this location. We started shopping here to save money, but with the amount of food we have to throw away, and the need to drive to another store to buy fresh meat and produce, it is actually costing us more. Many people I’ve spoke to have the same concerns. I hope the manager sees this and puts practices in place to improve quality.

Good clean place where the employees respect its customers and flyer specials. I have never had a complaint and I go reasonably often on weekends. I can’t say that for all No Frills. I recommend this location.
