Since moving to Petawawa, my wife and I have used Safeguard and their team for all our major electrical work. Kevin and his team are outstanding professionals, that provide a level of service that goes above and beyond normal customer relations. They are extremely responsive to your inquiries friendly and take the time to explain what is required. When work is completed they leave the site as clean as they found it.I would be remiss if I did not mention Laurie from the front office her contribution is amazing, once again extremely responsive to all our questions and highly professional and friendly.

Constantly switching their brands. Not knowledgeable and Over priced compared to any competitor. Had little to no help with service when dealing with Kevin himself. To his response review - this is not a fake gmail - as you see in his response, no apology and will just argue. All true feed back - even Battery Pro has recently closed (Was the same Building - owner Kevin).

We called Safeguard to check out our new home, as we were experiencing some flickering lights when certain appliances were running. I received a call from the owner soon after to chat through the issue, and they sent someone out within 24 hours to take a look. Thankfully it was an easy fix, and the team did a thorough job to ensure our electrical panel was properly labeled, and that everything was set up correctly in our home. They also kindly took extra time to replace a shower potlight that would not turn off. Fantastic communication, workmanship, and flexibility, will definitely use again!

Shout out to Kevin at SAFEGUARD for the professional insatllation of a Generlink at my home. Patience displayed while waiting for Hydro One guys to finish their breakfast and show up to do their job, thus allowing him to do the actual work.
Also to the admin from the company Joscelyn who co-ordinated all the details to me while I was away. She was very detailed and professional also to deal with.
Highly recommended and appreciate the work. Looking forward to a power outage now so I can light up my house with power 🙂
