Do NOT purchase anything from here. I tried to buy a coke and it got stuck, no one helped me get my money back and I got charged twice. I was told to call the number provided and no one picks up or returns my calls. I Lost over $7..

-$4 for a small bag of Doritos and it got stuck. Shortly after, witnessed another person buy water and have it get stuck as well

I want my money back, payed with VISA, did not deliver the juice. Here are the images, it is the machine at Clarihue building in UVIC. Chose B8 and just moved a milimeter. June 26 around 8:35 PM.It should be pretty easy to refund. I will be waiting.

This is the worst vending machine company of all time!! If you come across one and think to yourself oh I want to buy a drink!!! DONT DO IT!!! I consider myself a very good person and I hate to criticize or hate on people but sometimes I believe it is necessary so people can learn and grow from there mistakes. I go to a local high school and I am a very busy and hard working student, so much so that sometimes I forget to eat for days ,because I am so stressed out about test, school work ect..ect. today I didn't have enough time to make myself lunch and I have a meeting and lunch so I was unable to get lunch, so at the end of lunch I decided to buy a drink and snack from the vending machine. All I had was a 20 dollar bill that was all my money!!! The vending machine swallowed my 20 dollars and I DID NOT EVEN GET ANY DRINKS OR!!!!!! SNACKS.the 20 dollars was all of my money. So you can understand my fury and rage. Luckily there was a service that I could call. But when I called know answered. Now I have no money and dying of starvation and don't have enough energy to do my work of test. I WANT RYAN VENDING TO KNOW THAT IF OR WHEN I DIE THEY ARE THE CULPRITS.

As far as vending machines go I haven't had any issues with the ones I have encountered. Decent selection, and they are priced as expected. You want
Wal-mart prices, go to Walmart lol.

Bunch of crooks! Was on the ferry and put a $5 bill into one of their machines. Bought a $3.50 Coke, and it never gave me my change. But the machine said I have $1.50 credit left. Well I doubt there's anything in that machine that costs $1.50, and even if there is then why should I have to buy something else? I should be getting my change back!

Machines are never working and I've seen the machines take money and not give the purchase out in multiple locations on multiple occasions. Was told today at Pearkes that the employees they're "no longer allowed" to put our of order signs on the machines when they're not working, which means people will just keep getting their money stolen until someone shows up to fix them

Tried to purchase a bottle of water this morning on the Vesuvius Bay to Crofton ferry but every drink was sold out except for monster energy drinks. I tried to buy an energy drink, my card got charged and then nothing came out of the machine. I've tried calling and emailing Ryan Vending to get a refund but I have yet to hear back.
