I purchased a pant for my husband and it was not the right fit .
I returned it back and they couldn’t return it and provide me with a gift certificate saying that I exceeded 30 days . The store manager or rep was so rude and very awkward . I actually asked him to keep the pant and I left the store . I ll never go back . Keep in mind that if you purchase something and for some human reason you exceeded 30 days they will never do any exceptions. It s like they are forcing you to buy staff that doesn’t work for you .

I was very pleased with this location. I was trying on new clothes in the change rooms, the blonde lady (I didn’t catch her name) who was working there was very helpful last Monday. She grabbed me different sizes in clothing that wasn’t fitting and helped me find the perfect outfit for my job interview. Would recommend and will be back!

I had a really positive experience here. The woman who was helping us in the change rooms took Covid-19 very seriously and made sure that everything was clean and that customers were following the rules, all while providing my mother and I with excellent and genuine customer service. Also, the quality of the clothing is always excellent - I love RW&CO!

I love the clothes at RW but the customer service is not consistent. I've received great service, but then no service such as tonight. I went in wanting advice on which men's dress shirt would best match the dress I was wearing, but the man and woman who were working were more interested in talking to each other than customers. I browsed for 8 minutes and then left without buying anything. They never approached me once even though they weren't busy with any other customers.

I asked for assistance locating a few products that a friend had asked me to pick up.. when I located the first item and noticed that it was not on sale (saw it 30% off the night before on the website) I asked the employee serving me if it was still on sale. Before she could fully answer, another employee spoke over her and said that the sale ended yesterday. When I explained that I hadn't realized that she said, "can you read? It states it at the bottom of the website". As someone who has worked in retail 9+ years I can not think of a single time that this would be an appropriate response to any situation.. not only did this employee make me uncomfortable, she also made the woman who was originally serving me uncomfortable. I explained that I had driven a number of hours and did not realize I missed out on the sale. I prefer to see the products on shelf before purchasing and that was my reasoning for not ordering it online. I asked if they would honor the sale (still over $200 sale for them) she blatantly responded, "No" and offered no explanation as to why. I hope that she chooses a different way to handle the situation if it were to arise again.. Needless to say I left without spending any of my money there. Maybe she will read this review... provided she can read.

I have been to this store many times and find the service good. However, not living in Moncton, on three occasions I have called the store to see if they have the item that I’m looking for in stock before I travel to Moncton. On all three occasions I have spoken to the same woman. All three times I have given her the item number that I looked up online. All three times I certainly feel like I’m putting her out to check in her computer to see if she has the item. She responds by telling me “ that I can go online to see if they have it in the store “. All three times I tell her the option appears to be there but won’t let me do it. Then she tells me that the item number on line might not be the same in the store. The last time, I called, I told her that I had just called the Fredericton store and there wasn’t a problem with me asking. She pretends that she is friendly but most certainly isn’t. All three times I called it was shortly after they opened so I’m sure the store wasn’t that busy either.
