On July 12/2025 we came to Mainline to test drive a vehicle I had seen online. Besides the situation with the madman driving around the lot with a gun, our experience was very pleasant. The sales manager was helping us that day and was very understanding and prompt with issues that I had discovered with the vehicle during the test drive. Because of the great shape the 2014 Dodge Journey was in, along with a very impressive carfax report, and the fact it only had one owner, we purchased the vehicle. It was disappointing that we couldn't take the vehicle home that particular day on account of the repairs that needed to be done. However, we were offered a "loaner vehicle" to use while the work was being done on the vehicle we had purchased. We were impressed! However, on the day we went to bring the unit home I was a bit disappointed to find the engine cover dirty with spilled oil (I did ask to have it cleaned before we took the unit home, but it didnt get done). Also, there was garbage left in the centre consol, crumbs and small toys left under the 2nd seat. After a couple of days of having the Journey at home we discovered noisey front struts every time me we drive over a bump. This issue is being considered by Mainline. We have yet to hear what will become of it.
