I own a small baby boutique clothing store in Edmonton, AB and have been dealing with Rose textiles for over a year now. I deal with every member on the team and have always found them very pleasant, competent, and willing to go the extra mile to help me out. When a problem does arise they are quick to fix it for me. They understand my business and work with me to help me succeed. They have become like family to me.
My boutique is a small store and over 90% of my inventory is supplied from Rose textiles. I can not imagine using any other company to supply my store.

The owner is very dishonest, not a safe place to shop. I used to come here because I thought I could get a variety of items all in one store but I realised I can also get the same items in Walmart at an even lesser price.
Also The Children's Place usually comes out with items of better quality and are always on sale. So this store is actually not cheaper than most stores and the quality is not any way better.
Again they tell you "if you pay cash you don't pay tax", but that is deceptive because other stores are cheaper even with tax.

They don't allow children into their store and won't allow exchange in case you pick the wrong size. My sister bought a dress for my niece and once we brought out the dress from the nylon covering, I noticed it was stained on one shoulder. I told my sister and she said she didn't take a thorough look at the dress in the store. Then I also noticed the dress was too small for the baby. We went back to the store but the lady who claimed to be the owner, reluctantly agreed to do this one time exchange for us but asked us to come back the following day. We live a bit far from Toronto and this was a very long drive for us. She seemed so unhappy even after much pleading. The dress was not cheap and we didn't want to waste that much money. We came back the next day and she initially changed the dress to a bigger size while complaining bitterly that she had to do this. On a second thought she changed her mind and used the stain on the shoulder as an excuse not to do that anymore. The stain could have been from previous buyers touching the dress in her shop and I mean, the stain was barely visible but she was bent on using that as an excuse not to change the dress. She called us liers, refusing to understand the stain could have been from other sources. I was very shocked. You don't just call people names and insinuate that you are being lied to, because you are looking for an excuse to go back on the promise you already made, to allow a one time exchange. She became hysterical and I had to run out of her shop so she wouldn't attack me. Please don't get fooled by her pretentious friendliness. Never knew people could switch so quickly from calm to wild.

Excellent one stop wholesaler with a huge variety of baby clothing, baby blankets, and accessories. Outstanding prices and friendly service. We visit regularly to stock up our shop and to buy our supplies for baby gift baskets.
