Just had the best experience in the paint department. Had a hard time colour matching a paint for my living room but Will was able to match the colour I was looking for perfectly! Very knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 experience

Today I went into this Rona store to purchase paint for a front door. Aaron in the paint department was so amazing. He explained the different paints and their respective benefits. Then he asked if I owned a business, which we do, and he set me up as a VIP. I didn’t know anything about this. What a great program coupled with great service. The cashier, I didn’t get her name, in the contractor/lumber area was also quite fantastic! Great staff at this store. Will definitely visit more often and support Canadian!!!

I brought my 91 year old mom in to look for 2 appliances we needed to replace. Christene helped us to get what we needed and explained the dishwasher we chose was going to be delayed. Christene kept us updated on the delay weekly. Once they were delivered, the delivery drivers were quick, and very friendly. Thank you. I will definitely return.

Absolute nightmare. We ordered a gazebo and patio furniture. Lack of coordination between the installer and the deliverer. The customer has to individually call both of them to coordinate a delivery. The delivery date dates were messed up by Rona multiple times and had to call multiple times to both parties to get the dates sorted out. Finally we got a date more than a month after purchase 4 weeks. The gazebo was delivered and was left at the curbside( according to the Rona manager that is their policy!!!!) from where it was stolen. Rona cannot help with this unlike Amazon. The manager apparently is
saying that he has never seen this happen in the last 20 years but when the incident was reported to police they mentioned that this is the most common kind of theft. Please never buy from this store. I had a similar experience with them a few years ago as well.

I want to recognize Kurt, the Department Manager at the Ancaster store today. We had an issue with a mix up in the purchase of some flooring in November 2024. We're doing a complete kitchen renovation, and due to delays, the flooring was just installed recently. Unfortunately, once the floor was down, we discovered it wasn't the flooring that we actually chose and paid for! Long story short, Kurt not only replaced the wrong floor with the correct one, but also gave us a generous discount on the original cost. We were very pleased with how easy he was to deal with, and how generous he was in helping us to overcome the inconvenience of having to re-install the flooring. Thanks!

Parking lot is awesome .. Store is neat and tidy well laid out .. Tons of staff asking if they can help ... then when you actually need it .. None to be found, utilized the call for help BUTTON, waited at the station for 10 full minutes and nothing!! A bit frustrating 😕 Exit cashier was very helpful .... So not a bad experience just not a great one either

Went to this location for the first time since the snow blower I wanted was here and nowhere else.
I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is at this location. Had a ton of questions about snow blower maintenance and Ray gave me some valuable tips and advice.
The snow blower was too big to fit in my trunk and Pratik (and Ashley) in customer service went over and above to provide the help I needed. Huge THANKS to the whole team - and John the M.O.D. I had a great experience at this Lowe's location. It's great to see how all the staff are unified and make the experience great for their customers. Thanks again! Well earned 5-Stars, guys. Have an awesome upcoming holiday season! ☝🏼😊
