I wish I could give them 0 stars, never come to their store, no customer service, no respect to the customers, the prices are so high and the styles are so outdated, go to Jagjit Textiles, the best price and best customer service.

I believe this place is so great because it’s family owned. You find the same great, helpful & polite faces each time. They have gorgeous fabrics that you don’t find at chain fabric stores or small ones in the suburbs. Not to mention fantastic pricing for their more elegant fabrics such as the lace with beaded detailing I photographed. I will definitely continue to shop here !

Horrible place, rude, closing early. You show up at the door and door is closed even though sign says they still should be open.Very unpleasant! No manners! So disrespectful!!! Go to Fabricland- stuff there is very helpful and super nice. You will not be disappointed.

Great variety and pieces. A little expensive and needs more customer service eg approach customers and ask to help them etc.
update: went recently, not as much anymore. They also do treat you a little weird, not welcoming or friendly when you enter. If you’re looking for customer service, not the place. Only 1 girl was nice but she doesn’t seem to be there anymore

When I was starting my business I started coming here for my fabrics, I’ve been steadily going to them for just over 2 years.
It’s a family run business and they’re always so kind and willing to go the extra mile.
Fantastic fabrics and at really good prices.

This store is amazing! We stopped by yesterday - what a great experience. SO much selection. Organized, friendly staff, fair prices. We bought bridal fabrics - which they had a great selection of - but they have much, much more. I've been to at least half a dozen fabric stores in the GTA and nothing compares.

Roma fabrics is a family owned business. Their service and knowledge is impeccable, and they have very good quality fabrics; however, I find their fabrics are dated. There is nothing contemporary, modern, and fresh, and their natural fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, hemp, bamboo, etc.) are limited.
