After 2 plus months I will finally get my rim back NOT repaired.
May 6th I dropped a rim off for repair. It had 2 small cracks in it. The shop was busy I understood & the ball was dropped by both parties. 4 weeks ago my Husband was in contact with Melvin, estimate time & repair was given. 3 weeks ago was told it should be done by end of week. Since then I've called & text with no response same with my husband. Now 2 months plus later I finally spoke to Melvin, asked about my rim was told it was NOT done. So I will now be picking it up tomorrow July 14th NOT repaired!!!

Only went once to ask a question about a price and the guy was vary rude and short with me. Good job on the new customer u could have had I well not recommend or go to this shop again
