Brought A power head in for warranty work that was purchased there. Pistons And rings gone, Scoring the cylinder, Instead of checking it out they ran the saw making the issue worse after getting a low comprssion reading. Warranty wasn't honored and charged me For labor and saw still not fixed. We'll be moving business elsewhere.This is the third issue i've had with the business.

The owner is a ignorant businessman, it makes me sick to have to bring my Milwaukee tool there for warranty work, they don’t deserve it, hose it to someone who respects the public, disrespectful

Dropped into the shop to buy a special chainsaw (top handle )
Knew it would likely have to be order.The sales clerk helping me wasn't sure about it so he asked the manager Terry.
Terry's comment was"you're goin to have to pay a lot for it"
They proceeded to look up the models on their computer.After a short attempt to find one the clerk proceeded to help another customer and Terry picked up a phone call.I proceeded up the street to Battlefield Equipment that sell a different brand of chainsaw.

Terrible expierence, place is never open we drove 4 hours got there at 4 says that they are open until 5 even holiday hours on their door said open until 5 so we call them and they just pick up and say no we are closed, will not be going back

Ordered a belt that took 3 weeks to come in.. they said it was 20$ and when it showed up 3 weeks later they charged me 30... dont trust there price when you order it... they will hose you when you pick it up.
