My gaming laptop started having issues after 4 years of use. I took it to Reteck and he quickly found out the issue when taking it apart. He made sure the laptop was fixed as soon as possible and even made sure to grab the part needed from the fastest source possible so I could get back in the game ASAP. Very friendly man and great knowledge and service. The laptop feels like it's brand new again. Im thrilled to get even more years out of it now rather then an expensive upgrade.

He fixed my laptop fast which had multiple broken parts with it, such as the charging port, hinge and charger. He also un-installed a virus for free. He Also did a couple other bits of upgrades. He's a nice guy and I would use his services again.

Had a computer beginning to run slow and slow booting up. Called up Randy and explained the problem. Brought computer in, thinking it was time for a new one. Randy cleaned up the computer and installed a new hard drive. Everything now running smoothly. Quick, efficient service and am very happy with his work.. he also does stereos, TVs, etc. and is able to order any type of electronic device you may need. Give him a call.

It is always a great pleasure to deal with Randy at Reteck. He has been fixing our computers for years. Service is very fast both in appointments and completion of service. He took my laptop that had been running very slowly for a significant amount of time. And had it back to me running incredibly quickly in 2 days!
