I have had my Reliable Velocity V100 iron for almost 13 years, and it's still working great! No drips, spitting, or spotting ever! It gets really hot and makes great steam. Although this model is no longer manufactured, I feel confident recommending other irons made by Reliable. I also have owned their 2-in-1 Premium Home Ironing Board for 2 years; it is sturdy and a great size when I'm pressing fabric (I am a quilter - my iron and ironing board are some of my most-used tools). Reliable's products live up to their name: RELIABLE!

I have been a customer from Mexico for over ten years, I am trying to get in touch to get 2 5100is irons repaired in the last two months and I still have not had any luck contacting someone from customer service! It's a shame to buy a 1000 dollar piece of equipment and when something fails you can't fix it.

This is the best company I have ever purchased anything from. I happened to stumble on their office by accident when I was looking to buy an industrial sewing machine for leather work. I have never had a more positive customer service experience. All their staff are so kind and so knowledgeable. I cannot say more kind words about Brian, their Technical Manager. This man is a wealth of knowledge and has taught me so much about sewing leather and industrial sewing machines. He is so patient and kind and very eager to help. Their Sales Rep, Maximilian, is super helpful and always smiling. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Dave from their parts department who helped me purchase parts for my machine. Their receptionist, Cathy is welcoming and organized. I find their products to be top-notch. I also have their portable garment steamer and hand-held steamer for cleaning around my home and using each of them actually brings me joy! I love that they are a Canadian and family-run business. I own a 3000IS home pressing station and it is an immense pleasure to use. Instead of numerous passes to get a pretty good press with my old home iron, the 3000IS produced a smoothness in my shirts I had never seen, after just one pass. I ironed my clothes in less than half the time it normally took. Behid that station stand the folks at Reliable who are committed to quality and customer service. Highly recommended.

When I ordered a replacement ironing board covered online, it was not like the picture shown on the website. Reliable was quick to respond to my concerns and immediately shipped me out a new replacement ironing board cover like was shown on their website. I was extremely impressed with the quick customer service received and the shipment of the item was received the next day. You can't get better customer service than that. Called to let Reliable know about the breakage of their product when it fell off the sewing table due to the flimsy stand. They let me know they are redesigning the unit and will send a replacement. Very cordial representation of the company. I hadn't even asked for replacement but am pleased that they offered.
