I visited regal fabrics today. They have very good prices and collection of outfits . I bought lehnga , it is very beautiful with reasonable price . I would love to revisit regal fabrics to more shopping.

I have been a loyal customer since the early 2000's, but my recent experience has been quite disappointing.

On October 7th, I visited the store looking for a purple outfit—either a Lengha or Sharara—within a budget of $100-$120. I was shown a Purple Lengha (Size 48), but upon trying it on, I found it tight at the hips, and both zippers did not close properly. I brought this to the attention of the staff member assisting me, who assured me that the zippers could be easily removed, along with the cancan, which she believed was contributing to the fit issue.

The cost for the outfit was quoted at approximately $200, plus additional tailoring fees, which was beyond my budget. After some negotiation, we settled on $170. I was also given a contact for a tailoring service that could assist with adjustments.

The tailor promptly removed the cancan, but upon trying the Lengha again, I still faced fit issues and a jammed zipper. The tailor took my measurements and agreed to make the necessary adjustments, which cost an additional $100.

Unfortunately, on the day of the event, I encountered several issues: the latkan from the blouse broke, the altered blouse was too tight around the armpits, and too loose around the bust. The tailor was inadequate in fixing the outfit, should not be using someone who isn't a professional or familiar with how to fix such outfits.

In total, I spent nearly $270 on the outfit and alterations, but was ultimately unable to wear it. I am disappointed not only with the service but also with the quality of the garments provided. While I do not frequently purchase Indian clothing, I approach such purchases with careful consideration and an expectation of quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.
