I can only assume the positive reviews are from people who are able to shop in store because I’ve had a nightmare dealing with customer service. I’ve tried to return a pair of ariat boots that don’t fit for about 25 days now… I’ve called, emailed, and left voicemails yet nothing heard back from any representative about my issue. I guess I’m taking a hit on garbage products I don’t want? That’s good customer service for sure! I will not be buying from here again, next time I’ll just bite the bullet and buy from a reputable seller that lists products at higher prices so that if there’s an issue I’ll actually be able to return it.

I got a great deal on some Ariat boots. I left 4 stars only because they showed in stock online but they needed to come in from the manufacturer. It took an extra week to get them. But Refinery was helpful on my phone call with an explanation and the boots arrived for a great price.

Hands down the best store to deal with. Great prices for all FR and high viz work wear. The quality and service is beyond top notch. I had a last minute custom order for hemming and applying high viz to some of my gear, they responded in a very fast manor to accommodate my needs. Beyond happy and will not shop any where else! Unfortunately it seems that I have to leave a review to get any type of response from this company. Nobody answers the phone or replies to the emails sent through your “Contact Us” section.

Please refund my purchase. I understand back orders happen but the lack of communication is concerning and the safety glasses are something we need to get our hands on sooner rather than later.
