Wanted to love this place, bought some sausages but I found them really salty. Then I noticed that they aren’t actually made in here, but are from another meat shop way up in Sylvan Lake. So not really “local” to Canmore. Probably won’t shop here again, even though the selection seems good, the prices are high for what it is.

Super lovely store! Great selection of quality cheese, eggs and meat. (Even bison!) We stopped in here on our family vacation and met the owner Johannes! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely recommend seeing his store when you are in the area. Oh and he has a lovely book for kids to teach them Dutch too!

Great corner store deli. Carries a mix of items from fresh bread and veggies to imported cheese and deli meats. Staff were helpful. Lots of imported treats and local items like Uprising bread. Love the gluten free caramel wafers. Highly recommend.

Was looking for yogurt, and found this Quark yogurt in store. The store owner said it's great for making cheesecake, so I made one! It's delicious! Lots of unique item in the store, will have to go back and try more things.

What a cute little shop! Nice selection of items and the Owner is friendly. This is what I love about Canmore. I had commented on one of their products that reminded me of something we use to buy growing up in Newfoundland around the holidays and the owner says the guy who makes it is there and then he comes out to chat. Love shops like these that carry local products.

“Deli” does not do this place justice! Red Gables Epicurean Delights would be a better name… we loved the local treats (maple products, cured meats, cheese curds) and the Dutch delicacies (waffles, spice mixes, chocolate milk!). A great place to get food to nosh on before a dinner or bring home gifts for people back home.
