Il est un peu difficile de s’y retrouver dans les plats tant la liste des ingrédients est longue. Cela reste néanmoins un endroit agréable pour déjeuner léger.

Had lunch at Realm and the chicken sandwich really stood out. The bread was nicely toasted, the filling was fresh and flavourful, and everything came together really well. It felt like a lot of care went into making it.

We also shared a few bowls at the table. Each one had a good mix of textures and fresh ingredients, and the dressings tied everything together without being too heavy.

Overall, a great spot for something fresh and satisfying. I’d go back.

I hummed and hawed whether to give 3 or 4 stars. Quite a few vegan options and clearly marked. Servers were welcoming and friendly. We liked the Cafe Au Lait smoothie and the Vegan Taco. Ingredients seemed high quality in most dishes, although the gauc was starting to turn brown. The environment was nice for a cafe, and they have a beautiful stage for live music. We were thrown off by a few things though: All the dishes seemed overpriced for what we got. The Guac & Chips were quite bland. The Vegan Ramen broth was okay for a miso, but I'd rather they have a tantan option. Most of all, the ramen noodles were undercooked and a bit chewy, and the broth was just warm - certainly not hot enough to finish cooking the noodles. We may come back some time to try one of their bowls, but overall don't feel like the price matches the food.

Basing this review solely off of one Sunrise smoothie. It was flavourless and $11.
In my opinion, you need to have flawless smoothies to charge that much.

Person taking my order seemed a little sad or out of sorts.

Anyway, first and last time. I’m not local, so it’d probably have been my last time even if I loved it. Haha.

Great to see the whole, healthy ingredients, though. 👏🏼

Genuinely one of the best bites I’ve had in ages. The vegan taco tasted so fresh — not just in taste but ideas. And I got to eat a donut (gluten free and vegan) for the first time in ages. 10/10

Stopped in after a hike and was so pleased at the variety of healthy foods on the menu! I eat dairy and gluten free and had more options than I usually do when eating out plus I splurged and had the dairy free burnt honey ice cream for dessert! Loved everything!

We had some of their bowls and really appreciated their willingness to substitute some items for dietary needs etc. The bowls were really creative with really good flavour and we felt like the portions were fair. Everything we had was very delicious and we highly recommend.
