I often will use the pc express to pick up my grocery order weekly to save me time. Almost EVERY SINGLE time at least one item is forgotten in my order. Sometimes it’s worth going back for, sometimes it’s not. I’ve told this to the front desk before and expressed that I use pc express for the convenience, but this makes it not even worth it. I kindly asked them to talk to their staff to double check that all of the items are there beforehand, but it still happens all of the time. I try to check before I leave the store now but it’s hard to tell until all of the items are laid out on my counter at home. There’s no way I’m the only one this happens to? Very frustrating.

I went in to grab some produce. Had a quick walk through of the store. The store was clean, didn't have to wait long to cash out our items. Although they have self cash out most of the cashiers were open, so the wait to get out the store waa not long at all. Was disappointed that there was no one by the bakery to ask for help. I wanted to inquire about Cinnamon buns.

Worst experience ever. Went in last night to get something for dinner and went to pay and didn't realize that my cover came off my koho card. The guy cashier rolled his eyes and made a nose when I had to change to my bank card . Will definitely be shopping somewhere else in the future wont waste my time

Grocery store was adequate, but staff, 2 East Indian men were being vulgar in their own language talking about the ladies entering the store. Many times I heard them point and laugh after referring to the women as Rundies, have no idea if the spelling is correct. The 1 guy actually stated the 1 younger lady looked good enough to choroform and take her home. I don't even believe she was 18 . Very disrespectful and down right dispicable. The one guy appeared to be possibly an assistant store manager or at minimum a department manager. When he saw me paying attention, I was told to mind my business as nothing had to do with me. Really not a suitable environment for women to go alone. Use caution if you must shop here. Wish I would have thought to take pictures.

I don't think I'm going to steal a shopping cart.

If you really need $2 charged to my card just to provide me with a cart.I think I will ship elsewhere that is less understaffed and more accommodating to those with physical disabilities.

I’m writing this to share a frustrating experience with the job hiring process at Real Canadian Superstore. Many of us have received interview calls through the automated system, only to have them canceled later without proper explanation. It’s becoming increasingly evident that certain individuals within the store are giving preferential treatment to people they personally know—mainly those from specific communities like Gujarat.

While I fully respect all cultures, it’s unfair and discouraging to see qualified candidates being overlooked due to favoritism. This has happened to several people recently, and it undermines the integrity of the hiring process. Everyone deserves equal opportunity, regardless of their background.

I sincerely request that management look into this matter and ensure that hiring is done fairly and transparently for all applicants. Everyone should have a fair chance based on merit—not personal connections.

I’m trying to grab just a few items on a Saturday morning only a few tills open and lined with carts full and no express lane? Poor management in my opinion. I left my basket on the express lane and left.
