I have had two instances now where front end staff have commented on how pregnant I look (i am expecting) and how I must be carrying twins and am I sure of the due date because I am so big. I think that people should know by now how to speak appropriately and not to comment on how they think someone should look when they are going to have a baby. Every body is beautiful.

Good store overall. Self checkout customer service needs improvement. Whenever you request help sometimes you get that one person working there thinking you are troubling them for assistance. That's why they are there. To help. Not stand there being useless. Help people when required.

I can’t keep up anymore. I’m sorry, but this madness has to stop. You’re telling me 8 months ago my espresso beans cost 16 dollars and now they are 22!? That’s almost 40% increase in 8 months!!!! Do better. I have to shop at Walmart now because I cannot afford to keep up with your prices anymore. You are ROBBING people.

Please stop asking us at the checkout if we want to round up the total to next dollar and donate. If we wanted to donate, something, we'll do so ourselves elsewhere. Stop guilt trapping your customers. I'd rather go straight to the donation center than donate from you. I know this way you guys get tax break from our donations but we don't since there's no paper statements.

I don’t understand the workers here I mean cashier
Don’t like to work I like the self check out today I have choose to use the cashier. Don’t have to be bad to the customer. Even customer sometimes wrong and. Cashier needs to be nice because they are paying for their service. Nothing is free. Last day of my life using cashier. Never use again. Never treat your customers like nobody. Bad customer service always makes business going bankrupt

Having a big issue lately with produce either being moldy when I get it home, or molding very quickly. Had carrots for less than a week stored in the fridge and they went bad. My garlic was moldy when I opened it. Definitely noticing a big drop in quality of produce, which is annoying when you spend so much for it.

Guys be careful, Specially when you purchase produce. if they dont know product or product code they will charge what they like. recently i purchase one produce and at cashier she dose not know what it is. she called for help and the supervisor lady DL told her random code that does nor belongs to that product. they charged me $4 dollar more than they supposed to charge. I was about to leave the store and I thought something was wrong. so I make U turn when I was checking the price that supervisor lady DL came, she told me she will figure out. but my question is , if I left the store without checking price then I would be overcharged. They can tell me to wait for a minute while they check the price but they dont want to work..very disappointed with the services..

Superstore Meat Department: a cesspool of unmatched inefficiency and brutish disregard for professionalism. When encountering their abrasive and condescending behavior on the phone, it’s worth reminding them of the basic principles of customer service they seem to have forgotten. Their tone often mirrors the chaos of a tantrum rather than the courtesy expected in their role.

The department itself mirrors their performance—underwhelming and poorly managed, leaving customers questioning whether they’re dealing with meat or the ones handling it. A disappointing and frustrating experience.
