This store has gone to crap last 3-4 years all there produce goes bad a day maybe 2. They never have stuff stocked on shelves always leave out back. So when you order online it says available but person picking doesn’t bother to look. We have ordered numerous times and they substitute or don’t have item, but when we go we go inside and find it no problem.

I thought renovations were supposed to improve things. Every single change they've made has been horrible for the shopper's experience.

As someone disabled with PTSD, the new 'self checkout' system which used to be my saving grace, is now absolutely nightmare inducing. No where to put your cart.
Everyone is 0.5 feet apart. You have to wiggle your way around other people and other people's cart just to access your own station. There is no where to set up your bag to easily place items inside. The scanner fails to scan about 25% of the time.
I imagine there's no solution to this. The world continues to get worse, and we continue to do it to ourselves.

Terrible customer service!!!! I sent an email regarding 2 items that I had purchased. I questioned the price & also mentioned being overcharged for the second item. I also mentioned customer service one day when I was in the store. What I received back was a "standard form letter". Neither of my concerns were addressed, no apology or anything!!!! Not impressed with this store & it just seems that the prices just keep going up, when in their email, it did mention about keeping prices down. I guess the customers are paying for all of the renos that are happening in this store!

Went in today after a month or so and every alsie has been changed walked out before Evan finishing my groceries. Too confused really people , might not be back. Our time is limited and when we find a store we're we know where everything is it works having to look now nope

The store is absolute garbage now. All the staff are miserable. The renovation has made the store miserable and cold. It feels
Like they are trying to compete with the Port Dover No Frills for worst grocery shopping experience in Norfolk and Haldimand counties.

I was here on a Wednesday in early June 2024 looking for an item that was on sale that week. The shelf was totally empty, but luckily, I was able to locate a sales associate. He literally walked around the entire store looking for stock. Eventually, he surfaced with the items from the back of the store. I was super glad because that item rarely goes on sale. Not only that, but often when you approach an associate for help, they tell you, "If it's not on the shelf, then we don't have it." I didn't ask his name, but he saved me loads. Thank you!

11.30 -12.10,our visit.
A suggestion for your store, as other stores are still operating their front checkouts the same way since COVID-19 , their customers are still required to stand behind the barrier/ line until the next cashier is almost ready for them to unload their carts.No more than 2 person should be at the cash at the sametime,then the isle is not being blocked.
Today especially while we were waiting paitently in line down the centre isle,when we got to the front there were others who hadjust completed their shopping had walked right up started forming their own lines ,meanwhile they were blocking the main isle,so people couldn't get through .I believe its actually considered fire hazard.
One couple who was waiting patiently behind us started a confrontation with a customer who "budded" as she didn't go to the back of the line like we did to wait her turn,she walked right to the cash.
The Lady,who"budded" was hollering at the couple then ,SOMEHOW HER 11-12 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ARGUMENT!!!!.
This is not the first time I witnessed this happen at your store.
Store needs to reorganize the front end from all directions one way barrier/ line to all checkouts,separate line for under 12 items,
System still works for other stores they are still keeping their lanes , checkouts clear and customers are not complaining or having conflicts with each other regarding waiting their turn
Their store front ends are well organized by keeping this Same System in place.
We would like to see this system reinstated .I am sure others would agree.

We know you're employees work hard to keep the store running smoothly. We appreciate every single one of you.

this location was a disaster when I came here on August 1st 2024.
no working AC in the store with 31 degree weather outside. there were also leaking freezers and randoms spills on the floors.
at the register it took forever for the payment method to load and the customer in front of me paid cash and the computer didnt even show the amount of change she should get.
I have shopped at RCSS for over 10 years in many different cities and never have had so many issues during one trip!

I get this location is getting renovated, but you guys need to do better.
